Hyundai Ioniq owners can rejoice as Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) has just announced exclusive service privileges for all Hyundai Ioniq owners with special discounts and a complimentary 20-point inspection.
Starting 1 October until 30 November 2021, customers who send in their Hyundai Ioniq to any Hyundai authorised service centre will enjoy discounts of up to 25 percent on selected parts and 10 percent on labour charges. Selected parts entitled for discounts include gaskets, oil filters, air filters, spark plugs and more.
Mr Low Yuan Lung, Managing Director of HSDM, said although HSDM has stopped retailing the current Ioniq model, customers who own this model is not forgotten.
“We have a big customer base for the Ioniq and we would like to continue to show our appreciation to our customers by offering them this special service privilege.”
“At the same time, we will also be able to help check on the condition of their cars. Unlike other Hyundai models, the Ioniq only requires service every 15,000km service interval or once in every 9 months, whichever comes first,” added Mr Low.
Hyundai Ioniq customers who are members of the Hyundai Loyalty Card will also enjoy exclusive monthly promotions, such as a 20 percent discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products. Customers who have yet to sign up for this complimentary card can still do so at any Authorised Hyundai Service Centre nationwide.
The Hyundai Ioniq is powered by a 1.6-litre Kappa four cylinder Atkinson-cycle engine with 40% thermal efficiency capable of delivering 104 hp and an estimated 148 Nm of torque alone.
