Hino Motors Sales Malaysia and Terus Maju Services Sdn Bhd (TMS) recently launched Hino’s newest service outlet called HASO (Hino Approved Service Outlet) authorised service centre for buses.
The partnership agreement between HINO and TMS, which is a a one-stop bus maintenance services provider, was made possible when the two parties agreed to take leverage of existing commercial vehicle business.
It is said that this collaboration will further expand HINO’s dealer service network, while enabling TMS to equip their technician with professional skills on HINO products.
Aiming to enhance its after-sales services for bus customers, HINO is confident with TMS’s expertise in bus repair and maintenance services which will effectively expand the reach of its objectives to benefit the existing and potential customers.
The opening ceremony was officiated after HASO Agreement signing by both parties. Presented from HINO, the Managing Director, Atsushi Uchiyama, and Director, Ahmad Yasmin Bin Yahya, also from TMS, Managing Director, Loo Kok Seong and Executive Director, Loo Kiat Keong.
Located at No. 29, Jalan P4/9, Bandar Teknologi Kajang, the new 13,200 square meter facility is equipped with seven service bays and two body paint areas, and an extensive list of the latest equipment and tools available, enabling the outlet to service up to 14 vehicles at the same time. Some of the available equipment includes the latest HINO Diagnostic system, DX II.
While waiting for their buses to be completed, drivers can relax at the customer lounge area within the facility, which offers complimentary refreshments and free WiFi.
The service outlet is headed by Hameerul Ferdhan and his team who are well trained to provide a comprehensive range of HINO services, including 24-hour breakdown support service.
With HASO, HINO believes that its service network will be further strengthened and enhanced across the current network. At HASO, customers can enjoy the same service programmes that are offered in other Hino Service Centres.
