Tan Chong & Sons Motor Company Sdn Bhd, the franchise holder of Nissan in Malaysia since 1957, has been recognised as the region’s top performer over the fiscal period of 2022, earning the prestigious accolade of Nissan Global Award winner.
The Nissan Global Award Program for Importers recognises the efforts and achievements of Importers and National Sales Companies (NSC) in the areas of sales and aftersales.
Tan Chong & Sons Motor Company Sdn Bhd, through its sales and marketing arm, Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) was adjudged the top performer among 19 eligible markets, excelling in overall sales volume, market share and customer service activities, sharing the honours alongside Tan Chong Motor Sales Pte Ltd of Singapore.
On top of the achievement in sales, ETCM’s aftersales division also emerged as the top performer and Grand Prize winner in the regional aftersales category for the excellence shown in the areas of parts and accessory, service performance, logistics and customer service.
