Recognising top Jaguar Land Rover retailers from across the region, the annual Retailer of the Year Award sets a benchmark for retailers to adhere to the highest standards in delivering exceptional retail customer experiences.
Nominees are assessed against specific performance criteria in three distinct categories: marketing, sales, and customer service, as well as staff training and retailer presentation.
