Aveta Malaysia Sdn Bhd continues its customer care initiative with the introduction of its latest program called the ‘Aveta Care on Wheels’.
With more people laying their trust in Aveta motorcycles, Aveta Malaysia Sdn Bhd has placed its customer ownership experience as its utmost priority. This is reflected with the recent launch of the first Aveta Service Corner (ASC) where dealers will have specific corners at their service areas specialized in resolving the issues faced by owners of Aveta motorcycles, if any. The ASC is manned by trained mechanics and have been provided with new tools and equipment by Aveta Malaysia.
The Aveta Care on Wheels (ACW) builds on that momentum by once again placing the needs of customers as well as their ownership experience as its mission.
The ASC initiative is a mobile service team that consists of one pick-up truck and three motorcycles. The team’s mission is to reach customers nationwide to address any issues that cannot be solved by local dealers.
The team consists of service professionals from Aveta Malaysia who have been specially trained to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
According to the Group Managing Director, Steven Lim, the new initiative is to help support and offer assistance for Aveta motorcycle owners and showcase Aveta’s commitment to supporting its customers.
“At Aveta, we are deeply passionate about meeting our customers’ needs. We understand that attractive products alone are not enough. A brand can only succeed when it has a comprehensive customer care program that wins the hearts and confidence of its customers.”
The ACW initiative covers all of Peninsular Malaysia with plans for East Malaysia currently being worked out. The ACW initiative is already operational and is available from Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Appointments can be made by calling the Aveta Customer Careline.
