In an effort to provide bespoke services to end users who wish to have their very own personalised and customised leather seats in their vehicles, DK Leather Seats Sdn Bhd (DKLS) today announced that they are now venturing into the “Business to Consumer (B2C)” market under their domestic retail arm brand, DK Schweizer.
Prior to this, DKLS has been manufacturing, distributing and installing automotive leather seat covers for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and Replacement Equipment Manufacturer (REM) market segments with multiple international marques.
Among the brands that DKLS has been making OEM leather seats for, include Volvo, Honda, Ford, Isuzu, and Kia among many more.
Staffed with talented master craftsmen and leather material from tanneries in Italy and South America, DKLS factory is also equipped with the latest technology and automation, ensuring high production and efficiency to meet the demand of customers whilst minimising wastage and carbon footprint.

In-house R&D faclity
DKLS also have their own in-house research and development team which continuously develops materials and customisable templates for the latest car models, both domestic and foreign, with over 10,000 seat patterns and car models in their database.
“Ultimately, we want our customers to experience the feeling of luxury and comfort at a reasonable price regardless of their vehicle’s make and model. This is the first of its kind product offering in the region that is catered to meeting individual expectations of those who desire a plush driving experience,” added Lesley.
Quality assured
“Also, customers would not need to worry about the leather fittings as we have an in-house test centre that ensures all materials and fittings are put through vigorous and meticulous Quality Control (QC) testing for durability and reliability is not being compromised.”
Apart from our unwavering attention to detail, dedicated computerised airbag sewing machines for leather seat covers with air bags are made available to ensure the finish products are tested and certified by TUV Rheinland Group as a compliance of airbags deployment.
