Chinese truck manufacturer, Foton has introduced the new Silverback light duty truck range. According to Foton, the Silverback is an ideal solution for tradesmen looking to upgrade from a ute or first time truck buyers seeking a cost-effective, reliable light truck solution.
The Foton Silverback is powered by a Cummins engine with 115kw of power and a 500Nm of torque from the 3.8L ISF turbo diesel and a ZF five speed manual gearbox.
In addition, the truck also comes with a 4.5 metre long and 2.072m wide aluminium drop side tray with a three tonne aluminium deck, which is rated at 4.5 tonne GVM.
